- Silicone rubber heaters have traditionally used wound patterns of round nickel alloy wire. This heater instead uses patterns of etched nickel alloy foil. This process is ideal when accuracy and regularity of the pattern are essential, for example, when mass-production is required.
- This heater allows high power densities of 3-5W/cm² (19.35-32.25W/in²) suitable for quick heating.
- The temperature distribution of the heating surface can be accurately controlled. Temperatures are more precise than pitch-winding (±3°C for 280 X 600mm).

Power Density
With our etched type, power densities between 1-5W/cm² (6.45-32.258W/in²) are suitable for most circumstances. However, as this may vary depending on installation conditions or methods of thermal control, please contact us with questions. |
